Payment Methods​

We only accept PayPal as a payment method. Paying via PayPal is both convenient and secure, ensuring a smooth transaction process. Please note that we do not accept personal checks, money orders, bank transfers, debit cards, or cash on delivery.​

Online Order Security​

Your security is our top priority. During the transaction process, we use SSL encryption technology to strictly protect the payment information transmitted over the network, especially the detailed credit card information, to prevent it from being stolen or tampered with during transmission. Additionally, we do not store your credit card information on our servers, further reducing the risk of information leakage and allowing you to shop with peace of mind.​

Order Modification and Cancellation​

After an order is placed, even if you have received a confirmation message, it may still be accepted or rejected. If an order is canceled after credit card authorization, we will refund the amount to the original PayPal account used for payment to ensure the security of your funds. Due to the time – sensitivity of the order processing flow, once an order enters the preparation or shipping stage, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it. Please double – check your order information carefully before placing an order.​

Order Delivery Time​

The delivery time of an order may vary depending on the shipping method you choose. We promise to send you the tracking information including the logistics tracking number via email within 24 hours after the order is shipped. You can use this information to check the shipping status and estimated delivery time of your water cup in real – time on the official website of the logistics carrier or relevant query platforms. It should be noted that we are not responsible for any package delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as customs inspections in the destination country.​

Discount Code Usage Rules​

Unless otherwise specified, promotional activities and discount codes cannot be used in combination. Only one valid discount code can be used per order. Selecting the most favorable discount code will help you enjoy the maximum price reduction. Before entering the discount code, please read the relevant usage terms and scope of application carefully to avoid affecting the normal use of the discount.​

Do I Need to Create an Account to Place an Order?​

You can place an order as a guest without registering an account. However, creating an account offers many advantages. For example, it enables faster checkout the next time you shop, saving you the time of filling in shipping addresses and payment information; you can view the order status and purchase history at any time in your account, which is convenient for order management; and you can also receive timely notifications of new product releases, limited – time promotions, and other information, ensuring that you don’t miss any preferential activities.​

Order Tracking Method​

Once your water cup order is shipped, we will send an email to the email address you provided when placing the order, containing detailed logistics tracking information. With the logistics tracking number in the email, you can query the shipping track of the water cup on the official website or mobile application of the corresponding logistics company, and know its current location and estimated delivery time.​

What to Do If You Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Item​

If the water cup you receive is damaged or does not match the style, color, quantity, etc. you ordered, please contact our customer service team immediately. Send an email to [email protected], making sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item so that we can verify the situation quickly. Our customer service staff will communicate with you as soon as possible to find a solution, including but not limited to sending you the correct item for free or arranging a return and refund, to ensure that your problem is properly resolved.​

Delivery Range​

Currently, we only provide shipping services within the United States. International orders are not supported at this time. If you are located outside the United States, you are unable to purchase our water cup products for the moment. If there are any adjustments to the delivery range in the future, we will notify you in a timely manner through official channels.​
